Key Responsibilities :

Product Research & Analysis

- Conduct market research to identify trending and high-potential products across e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, reviews, and market demand.
- Gather product specifications, pricing, and sourcing information from various channels.
- Prepare product feasibility and profitability analyses.
- Track industry trends and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Operations Support

- Create and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel.
- Perform data analysis to support business and operational decisions.
- Assist in demand forecasting, pricing analysis, and margin calculations.
- Maintain accurate records of product research and business findings.
- Support cross-functional projects as assigned by the reporting manager.

Presentation & Reporting

- Prepare detailed presentations and business proposals based on research findings.
- Compile product comparison reports and recommendation sheets.
- Present data in a structured and easy-to-understand format for management review.
- Generate periodic reports and insights for decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Min 4years of experience in Operations,



Business Analysis, Product Research, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Good research capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
