Job Summary

The Roy Fine Dine Group of Restaurants is seeking an experienced Head Chef (Executive Chef) to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and expertise in managing multi-cuisine restaurant kitchens while maintaining exceptional food quality, kitchen hygiene, cost control, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall kitchen operations and food production.
- Lead and supervise Sous Chefs, Commis, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Develop and standardize recipes and menus.
- Plan kitchen production and manage workflow.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
- Monitor food cost, inventory, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Restaurant Operations teams.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff.
- Handle guest feedback related to food quality.
- Introduce new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.

Required Cuisine Expertise

Candidates must have strong knowledge of:

- Indian Cuisine
- Chinese Cuisine
- Continental Cuisine
- Tandoor Cuisine

Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (Preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 8 years of restaurant or hotel kitchen experience.
- Minimum 3 years as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef.
- Fine Dining Restaurant experience is highly preferred.
