Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 9 to 12 years of experience in IT network management on-prem and cloud, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Solid expertise in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing and switching, VPNs, firewalls, and network security.
- Experience with network management tools and monitoring platforms .
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and software.
- Implement and oversee network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs,



and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid cloud environments.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
