Core Responsibilities:

- Close new sales, upsells, and cross-sells to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Generate current leads independently via business development, MOUs, BTL activities, and outstation events.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) to manage onboarded clients.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations, offering customized advice to high-net-worth (HNI) clients.
- Set and track daily performance metrics against financial and consultation goals.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of sales experience.
- Market Exposure: Proven, mandatory track record in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Client Handling: Direct experience managing High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Language Skills: Excellent, fluent English (both verbal and written communication).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Age Preference: 30 years and above.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
