Position: Hospital TPA and Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospital TPA and Billing Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Cashless TPA billing, ESIC, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) processes, and hospital billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle OPD/IPD billing accurately and efficiently.
- Process Cashless TPA approvals, billing, and claim documentation.
- Manage ESIC, CGHS, and Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) billing and claim processes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and government health schemes.
- Prepare invoices, verify billing records, and ensure timely claim submissions.
- Follow up on pending claims and resolve billing-related queries.
- Maintain accurate billing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and government regulations.




- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and accounts for smooth billing operations.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in hospital billing.
- Hands-on experience with Cashless TPA, ESIC, CGHS, and Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) processes is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MS Office.
- Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
