About Us

Mannat Group of Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is one of North India's leading highway hospitality brands, operating premium hotels, restaurants, cafés, and food courts. We are looking for a highly experienced Food & Beverage Cost Controller to strengthen our financial controls and optimize food and beverage profitability across our hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective food and beverage cost control systems across all units.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, inventory levels, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports with detailed variance analysis.
- Conduct menu engineering, recipe costing, yield testing, and standard portion analysis.
- Perform regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Analyze consumption trends, wastage, spoilage, and pilferage, and implement corrective measures.
- Review purchase prices, supplier quotations, and procurement processes to achieve cost optimization.
- Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Operations, Purchase, Stores, and Finance teams.
- Verify goods received notes (GRNs), stock transfers, production reports, and inventory movements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements.




- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to food and beverage operations.
- Train operational teams on inventory management and cost control best practices.
- Present MIS reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of proven experience in F&B; cost control within hotels, resorts, restaurant chains, or multi-unit hospitality businesses.
- Strong expertise in food costing, beverage costing, inventory management, menu engineering, and procurement analysis.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage cost control functions across multiple hospitality outlets.
