- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, MOQ, customization, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the production, stock, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and order confirmations when required.
- Maintain customer records and update inquiry and order status.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle after-sales support, including order tracking and customer feedback.
- Monitor daily inquiries and prepare basic reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
