Holistic Development:

Key Responsibilities

- Foster the intellectual, emotional, and social development of young children through interactive and creative teaching methods.
- Encourage curiosity and confidence in children while helping them develop essential life skills.

Classroom Management:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and discipline.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment for all students.

Lesson Planning and Delivery:

- Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching strategies, including storytelling, games, and hands-on activities, to engage students effectively.

Individualized Attention:

- Identify the strengths and areas of improvement for each student and provide personalized guidance.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, offering constructive feedback to students and parents.

Parental Communication:

- Act as a primary point of contact for parents, keeping them informed about their child’s academic progress and overall well-being.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to build a strong home-school partnership.

Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance,



academic performance, and behavioral observations.
- Prepare progress reports and other documentation as required.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.
- Contribute to school events, activities, and community-building initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. / N.T.T preferred).
- Proven experience as a primary or early childhood teacher.
- Robust understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
