- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensure projects remain within scope, and schedule, Analyze project progress, and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders and C-level executives
- Provide a day-to-day update on project status and changes and defining budgets in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Providing onboarding support to the clients includes pre-sales queries about the product and proactively addressing issues that are escalated from the customer or the sales team
- Creating BRD, FRDs and User Stories
- Should have experience in using the Project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, and Jira for international communication
- Ability to take daily scrum meetings with the team
