We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online business operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, digitally savvy, and interested in online retail, digital marketing, and data analytics. This internship provides hands-on experience across e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Content Management

- Assist with uploading and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory details are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct quality checks on product pages to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Sales & Performance Analysis

- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and customer behavior.
- Assist in analyzing trends and suggesting improvements.

Digital Marketing Support

- Support the creation of marketing materials for email, social media, and paid ads.
- Assist in managing promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal sales.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.





Operations & Customer Service

- Coordinate with logistics teams regarding order fulfillment and inventory updates.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
- Help streamline operational workflows.

General Support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations.
- Contribute ideas for improving online shopping experience.
- Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
