Position: Purchase Executive Industry: Interior Design / Interior Fit-Out Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: [ Alandur, Chennai]

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure interior materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, hardware, and project-related items.

Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement. Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.

Work closely with the Design, Project, and Accounts teams to understand procurement requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment. Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.

Resolve issues related to damaged,



incorrect, or delayed materials. Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, quotations, and purchase documentation.

Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Prepare periodic procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance reports.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability. Support project budgeting by achieving cost savings without compromising quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
