The Lounge Manager / Sim Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, Kerala, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lounge while ensuring all racing simulators remain race-ready. This role combines technical expertise with operational management, serving as the bridge between simulator maintenance and guest experience.
On a day-to-day basis, the Lounge Manager / Sim Technician calibrates and maintains all seven racing simulators, including direct-drive wheelbases, pedal sets, and full-motion platforms, ensuring consistent performance and safety. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing simulator software updates, and conducting routine opening and closing equipment inspections.
Beyond technical responsibilities,
the role manages daily bookings, walk-in customers, memberships, corporate sessions, and racing league activities, ensuring productive rig allocation and a seamless customer experience. The Lounge Manager / Sim Technician also supervises front-of-house operations, coordinates café inventory and lounge supplies, maintains the premium presentation of the venue, supports community race nights and promotional events, and works closely with the Managing Partner to ensure smooth daily operations.
