Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Ensure Customer Engagement responsibilities are completed.
Customer Service
Conduct personal visits at pre-defined frequency.
Build solid customer relationships to ensure engagement.
Resolve customer queries and service requirements proactively.
Customize products to ensure primary banking behavior.
Enhance Relationship Value
Offer suitable products for family and business banking needs.
Maximize relationship value, including Group Firms.
Product Penetration
Understand customer profiles and business requirements.
Provide solutions like Trade Finance, Forex, Loans, and Insurance.
Migration to Digital Platform
Promote digital banking channels like Net Banking and Mobile Banking.
Encourage transaction migration based on customer preferences.
Central Initiatives
Maintain portfolio health through account activation and balance maintenance.
Act on central triggers and customer service initiatives.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.
Certifications:
Sales and Influencing Skills,
