Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Emarsys Consultant with strong experience in SAP CRM Technical (Marketing) and exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting customer engagement, marketing automation, and campaign management solutions using SAP Emarsys.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Emarsys Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Design and execute customer engagement, campaign automation, and personalization strategies.
- Integrate SAP Emarsys with SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand marketing requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage customer segmentation, campaign workflows, email marketing, and analytics.
- Develop and support data integrations, APIs, and marketing automation processes.




- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP Emarsys.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Required Skills

- 410 years of overall SAP experience.
- Strong experience in SAP Emarsys Marketing Cloud.
- Prior experience in SAP CRM Technical (Marketing).
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Experience integrating SAP Emarsys with SAP CRM and enterprise applications.
- At least one end-to-end project experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in customer data platforms (CDP) and digital marketing solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud and related SAP CX products.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
