Key Responsibilities:

- Field Visits: Conduct regular site visits for document collection, verification, and customer meetings.
- Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company, maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Documentation: Ensure all physical paperwork is accurately collected, verified, and submitted within strict timelines.
- Reporting: Provide real-time updates on field activities and customer feedback to the central operations team.
- Coordination:



Work closely with the credit and sales departments to resolve any ground-level discrepancies.

Requirements:

- Experience: Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or doorstep services is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and functional English.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps for tracking and reporting.
- Attributes: Robust time-management skills and a high level of integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
