Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage a team of Electrician, HVAC Technician, Plumber, Carpenter, Mason, and Painter.

· Ensure smooth operation of all electrical systems, HVAC systems, and utility services.

· Monitor and maintain equipment like chillers, DG sets, UPS, transformers, pumps, and panels.

· Handle breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting during the shift.

· Plan and execute PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) activities.

· Ensure proper functioning of water systems, drainage systems, and hydropneumatic systems.

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.

· Prepare and maintain Daily Reports.

· Prepare MMR (Monthly Maintenance Report) and DMR (Daily Maintenance Report).





· Prepare and submit Major Activity Reports.

· Report and document incidents and breakdowns (Incident Reports).

· Maintain logs, checklists, and documentation for all activities.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

· Monitor energy consumption and optimize performance.

· Handle emergency situations and ensure quick resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
