Job Description:
We are hiring a CNC Turn-Mill / Mill-Turn / VMC Machine Operator for precision component manufacturing in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Turn-Mill / Mill-Turn machines for precision component manufacturing
- Operate CNC VMC (Vertical Machining Center) for milling operations
- Set tools, fixtures, and work holding as per process sheets
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Perform in-process inspection for dimensional accuracy
- Optimize cycle time while maintaining quality
- Troubleshoot machine/process issues during production
- Maintain daily production and quality records
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years hands-on experience operating CNC Turn-Mill/Mill-Turn & VMC machines
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong understanding of machining parameters, tooling, and work holding
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Aerospace/precision manufacturing experience preferred
