Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 k Per Month

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive at Dorby, you will be responsible for managing the brand’s digital presence, coordinating marketing activities, and executing online campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

- Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies/vendors for post designs, reels, videos, and campaign creatives.
- Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, audience interaction, and competitor activities.
- Share content briefs and marketing requirements with vendors for smooth execution.

Digital Marketing

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Handle and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, designers,



and third-party vendors for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives and marketing materials.
- Follow up on timelines, quality standards, and campaign performance.

Branding & Comuunication

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and promotional activities.
- Coordinate for marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- MBA in Marketing / Degree in Mass Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
- Experience in coordinating with agencies/vendors for creative and marketing activities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust planning and campaign execution abilities.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday full day working)

Timings: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
