-Qualification & Experience:
a-Bachelors in Technology, Masters in Technology / MCA / MBA
b-Preferred with 9+ years of Experience in any Industry, software company, Project Management, at least 2 big digital transformation projects delivery experience.
c-B.E/B.Tech in Engineering or MCA
d-9+ years of experience in solution architecture and application design for enterprise-scale systems.
e-5+ years of hands-on experience in NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, PHP, MySQL & Redis Cache.
f-Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API management & cloud-based deployment models (preferably Azure).
g-Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
H-Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
I-Strong analytical, problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
J-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred:
1-Certifications in Solution Architecture (e.g., Azure Solution designs, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.).
2-Experience in Unified Architecture, Data Integration Platforms or Enterprise Application Frameworks.
3-Exposure to Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.

Key Role Summary:--




We are seeking a skilled Application Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the integration of system workflows and ensuring comprehensive digital project information management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background with the ability to leverage these technologies to enhance project efficiency, quality, and lifecycle management.

Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:--

1-Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications and digital solutions.
2-Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies across teams.
3-Drive solution design for complex business requirements using open-source stacks (NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, PHP, Redis, My SQL).
4-Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
5-Oversee integration of applications with external systems and internal platforms through APIs and microservices.
6-Manage performance optimization, caching strategies & application security.
7-Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance compliance.
8-Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance application performance and maintainability.
9-Coordinate with infrastructure, application and database teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
10-Maintain architectural documentation, technical roadmaps and application lifecycle management.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
