Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our 3-star hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests and staff. The role requires preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment.
- Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor civil issues.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to identify maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with hotel safety standards and local regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
- Monitor and maintain generators, pumps, water heaters, and other utility systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and service work when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and tools.
- Assist in emergency maintenance situations as needed.




- Support energy conservation initiatives and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel, hospital, or commercial building.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
