Hiring: CRM Data Management Executive

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years with robust Excel/CRM skills may apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer records.
- Generate and share CRM reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations teams for data updates.
- Monitor lead allocation, customer follow-ups, and data quality.
- Import/export data and manage bulk uploads in the CRM.
- Support management with data analysis and business insights.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of CRM software
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
