Job Description – HR Executive

Job Title: HR EXECUTIVE

Job Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities : Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining. Verify candidate documents and maintain employee records. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents. Maintain daily recruitment reports and HR MIS. Build and maintain a strong candidate database. Ensure a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new employees. Support HR operations and other administrative activities as required.

Requirements :



Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply. Prior recruitment/HR experience is an added advantage.
