Job Description:

- Review the medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
- Abide by the standards of Ethical coding as set by AAPC and adhere to official coding guidelines.
- Responsible for production and delivery of quality services within the agreed turnaround time. Maintain coding accuracy of 98% or higher.
- Maintaining PHI confidentiality and information security
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate from B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy / life science background
- CCS Certification Required
- Positive command and effective knowledge about Human anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, and all systems of Human body.




- Hands on experience on Radiology coding (CPT) guidelines and modifiers (Diagnostic radiology)
- Minimum experience on non-invasive and invasive procedures in IVR (Ex- Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, catheterization and angiograms)
