Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's standard sequence of service.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Respond politely to guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly.
- Inform the Captain or Restaurant Manager of any major guest complaints.

Food & Beverage Service

- Set up tables with clean linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and condiments.
- Serve food and beverages as per standard operating procedures.
- Explicit used crockery and maintain table cleanliness during service.
- Refill water glasses and assist guests as required.
- Recommend appetizers, beverages, desserts, and promotional items to increase sales.
- Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and presentation.

Restaurant Operations

- Prepare the restaurant before opening and maintain readiness throughout the shift.
- Ensure side stations are fully stocked with service supplies.
- Assist with buffet setup, banquet functions, and room service when assigned.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding department for smooth operations.
- Follow daily duty assignments given by the Captain.

Billing & POS

- Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
- Verify orders before sending them to the kitchen.
- Present guest bills politely when requested.
- Assist in processing payments as directed by the Captain or Cashier.

Daily Duties

- Attend the daily briefing.
- Check personal grooming and uniform.
- Prepare tables and service stations before opening.
- Take and serve guest orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during service.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Replenish service supplies.
- Complete restaurant closing duties.
- Assist in cleaning and handover at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Freshers with hospitality training may also apply.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or banquet.
- Experience in fine dining or hotel restaurants is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
