About the Role

ABS General Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented MEP Project Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage MEP projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Manage Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage procurement planning and coordinate material delivery schedules.




- Ensure effective resource allocation and manpower planning.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and project costing.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and handover records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10–20 years of experience in managing MEP projects.
- Proven experience in commercial buildings, industrial projects, hospitals, hotels, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in handling multiple project sites is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Budgeting and cost control expertise.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Vendor and subcontractor management.
- Contract management and project documentation.
- Risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
