Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), along with excellent content creation skills. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative marketing assets.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates,



and best practices.
- Support lead generation and brand-building initiatives through effective digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation and email marketing tools is a plus.
