HR Intern – Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR Operations team in day-to-day administrative activities, employee communication, documentation, and coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for current hires.
- Respond to employee queries and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Track attendance, leave records, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to support HR initiatives.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Prior internship or experience in operations, administration, customer service, or HR is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualities

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle operational tasks efficiently.
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
