Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing campaign performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate quality leads and maximize ROI through performance-driven strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR,



and ROAS and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
