We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across Amazon and Etsy, while driving brand awareness through social media. In this role, you will handle everything from daily operations (listings, inventory, and order fulfillment) to creating engaging content for Pinterest and our social channels.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations (Amazon & Etsy):
- Listing Creation & Optimization: Write compelling, SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and bullet points. Keywords optimize listings to rank high in Etsy and Amazon search algorithms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across platforms, coordinate restocks, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming orders, handle customer inquiries professionally, and manage returns or exchanges.
Social Media & Marketing:
- Pinterest Growth: Create, schedule, and optimize eye-catching pins (both standard and video pins) to drive organic traffic back to our Etsy and Amazon shops.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute regular posts on Instagram to showcase products, share updates, and engage with our community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Etsy shops.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of Amazon algorithms and Etsy Search SEO.
- Social Media Savvy: Proven experience growing a Pinterest business account and managing qualified social media pages.
- Soft Skills: Strong written communication, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
