Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, create, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities :

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, Facebook Campaign Scaling (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Create Content & Creative For Ads .
- Design high-converting ad creatives for Google Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and social media campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edit basic promotional videos and short-form ad creatives for paid campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Generate daily,



weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor lead quality and reduce (CPL).
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and digital marketing trends.
- Required Skills Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
- Keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Conversion tracking and event setup.
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience in the Indian Finance, or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
