Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive who will be responsible for managing and growing our business on E-Commerce platform like Flipkart, Meesho & Myntra. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketplace operations, catalog management, inventory coordination, and sales analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on E-Commerce.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
- Ensure products are listed correctly with proper categories, sizes, colors, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock availability.
- Process and monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
- Track marketplace performance metrics such as order fulfillment, cancellation rate, return rate, and seller ratings.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns to improve sales.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for product images, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and marketplace activities.




- Resolve seller support issues and maintain healthy marketplace account performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience managing Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good understanding of marketplace operations and seller panels.
- Experience in catalog management and product listing.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics and reporting.
