Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Store Keeper to manage and maintain construction materials, tools, and equipment at our project sites. The candidate should have experience in inventory management, material receiving, issuing, stock verification, and maintaining store records.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and issue construction materials.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issue slips.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Site Engineering teams.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of the store.
- Monitor material consumption and report shortages.
- Maintain daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Update inventory and material transactions in the ERP system.
Requirements
- Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience as a Civil Store Keeper in construction projects.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites across West Bengal and other project locations as per business requirements.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
