We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within a designated geographical region. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and ensure strong brand presence. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share for the company's products/services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build solid relationships with key clients, and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.




- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Manage the sales budget for the assigned area, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer experience.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
