Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Computer Faculty member to deliver high-quality education and practical training in computer science and technology subjects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing curriculum materials, conducting engaging classes/lab sessions, evaluating student performance, and helping students build strong foundation skills in computer fundamentals, programming, and up-to-date software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching & Instruction: Conduct lectures, lab demonstrations, and practical hands-on sessions for students in assigned computer science courses.
- Curriculum Development: Design, update, and improve course syllabus, teaching materials, assignments, and practical exercises according to current industry standards.
- Evaluation & Assessment: Prepare question papers, grade assignments, conduct practical tests/exams, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students on academic projects, career paths, and technical skill enhancement; assist struggling students through additional support sessions.
- Lab & Resource Management: Oversee computer lab sessions,



ensure software and hardware tools are working properly, and report technical issues to IT support.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and course completion metrics.

Required Qualifications & Key Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (B.Sc CS / BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech in CS/IT) or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Core Fundamentals: Operating Systems, Computer Hardware/Networking, MS Office Suite.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least two or more languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, SQL).
- Database & Web: Basic DBMS/SQL knowledge and web development fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation abilities, patience, and a student-focused approach.
- Experience: Minimum [1–3 years] of prior teaching or industry experience (Freshers with strong subject mastery may also apply).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
