Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Travel Operations & Package Development to oversee travel operations, develop attractive tour packages, and drive revenue through travel and tourism services. The candidate will be responsible for designing customized holiday packages, coordinating with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other travel partners, while ensuring seamless travel experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, design, and promote customized tour packages based on customer requirements and market trends.
- Manage end-to-end travel operations, including itinerary planning, transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport operators, local vendors, guides, and other tourism partners.
- Prepare competitive package quotations and negotiate rates with vendors and service providers.
- Handle customer inquiries, travel requirements, bookings, and package modifications professionally.
- Identify new destinations, experiences, and tourism products to enhance the company's travel offerings.
- Develop packages for leisure travel, corporate travel, group tours, family vacations, honeymoon packages, and customized itineraries.
- Ensure timely coordination and execution of all travel arrangements.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve operational issues to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain robust relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, tour operators, and other business partners.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to promote and increase sales of travel packages.
- Monitor package profitability, pricing, operational costs, and revenue performance.
- Prepare regular reports on bookings, sales, revenue, and package performance.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional standards across all travel operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in travel operations, tour packages, travel agencies, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of tour planning, destination management, and travel operations.
- Experience in creating customized itineraries and holiday packages.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of local and popular domestic travel destinations.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and operational requirements efficiently.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software or booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
