Yugal Tech Academy is looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join us as Business Development Executives (BDE) on a part-time, commission-based model. This is a excellent opportunity for those who want to earn based on performance while working remotely.

Job Description (JD):

- Identify and connect with potential customers (primarily US market)
- Promote and sell our programs in Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, and IT domains
- Handle end-to-end sales process: lead generation, follow-ups, and closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and maximize conversions
- Work in night shift aligned with the US market

Compensation: Salary : interview Based

100% Performance-Based

- Earn 12% commission on every successful sale/closure
- Approx.



₹28,000 earning on one successful closure
- Unlimited earning potential based on your performance

Requirements:

1. Good English communication skills (mandatory)
2.Basic understanding of sales/business development
3. Laptop in proper working condition
4. Stable and high-speed internet connection
5. Self-discipline and ability to work independently (WFH setup)
