We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined baker to join our production team, specializing in dough preparation and mixing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision, consistency, and a robust sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and mix dough according to standard recipes and production schedules
- Measure ingredients accurately and maintain consistency in dough quality
- Monitor dough texture, hydration, and fermentation times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the mixing area at all times
- Coordinate with the baking and shaping teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols strictly
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Requirements





- Experience in dough mixing or bakery production preferred
- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
- High level of regularity, discipline, and responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically fit to handle lifting and repetitive tasks
