What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Training & Capability Development Lead Facilitate training programs for new and existing employees. Assess organizational and individual training needs. Develop and manage learning content, assessments, and certifications. Schedule, deliver, and track training activities through LMS. Monitor training effectiveness and provide stakeholder reports. Partner with business leaders, operations, and clients on capability development initiatives. Support employee development, knowledge management, and Train-the-Trainer programs.



Drive continuous process improvements and foster a positive learning culture. Assist with recruitment-related training activities and escalate business risks as required.
What are we looking for? Strong analytical skills Written and verbal communication Ability to establish strong client relationship Adaptable and flexible Agility for quick learning Minimum of 7 years of experience in training or a similar role focused on training Proven track record in delivering effective sales training programs Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Experience in sales training and facilitation. Basic understanding of the IT industry and related products. Knowledge of sales methodologies, adult learning principles, and coaching techniques. Solid interpersonal skills and high professional integrity. Excellent time management and ability to work independently. Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans. Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in learning and engagement tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, and Mentimeter. Sales Training certification preferred.
