Qualification & Experience

- 12th Pass or Graduate; candidates from Science backgrounds (Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Psychology, or related fields) will be preferred.
- Additional certification in counselling, healthcare support, or patient education will be an added advantage.
- 6–12 months of experience in field-based patient care or healthcare-related roles.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, homecare services, or healthcare providers is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Take accurate product measurements and provide demonstrations to patients/customers to ensure proper fit and usage.
- Promote therapeutic and wellness products, including ladies' stockings, tights, and compression socks.
- Educate patients and customers on product perks, usage, sizing, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers for product awareness activities.




- Support patient counselling initiatives and promote healthy lifestyle practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and awareness sessions at healthcare facilities, camps, and promotional events.
- Maintain daily activity reports, customer feedback records, and inventory coordination.
- Achieve assigned sales, engagement, and awareness targets.
- Ensure proper branding, merchandising, and display of products during promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

Position Summary

The Field Executive will be responsible for promoting healthcare and wellness products, educating patients and healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting patient engagement activities. The role requires regular field visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships while achieving business objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
