Minminigal Children Learning Centre is hiring Teachers / Facilitators for grades 1–12 in Madurai. The role supports children’s learning, confidence, and development through joyful teaching, academic mentoring, and guidance for future education and careers.
Responsibilities:
- Support children in building reading and analytical maths skills so they can learn independently.
- Lead joyful FLN classes so children read, write, and do basic maths with confidence.
- Support older children with academic mentoring, exam preparation, and life guidance.
- Guide students and alumni in career choices, higher studies, and first jobs.
Requirements:
- Any graduate.
- Patient, creative, and good in English and Tamil.
- Teaching experience preferred,
but freshers may apply.
- Willing to work from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Ability to support children with care, patience, and encouragement.
Job details:
- Part time, in person.
- Immediate hiring.
- Salary range: Rs. 3000 - Rs. 6000.
