Lead Follow-Up: Respond to inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and social media about decorative or architectural lights.Order Tracking: Update clients on lighting delivery timelines, stock availability, and dispatch status.Customer Support: Resolve installation or product queries and handle any warranty claims or replacement requests.Database Management: Maintain daily logs of customer contact details, purchase history, and project requirements in the CRM Software.Sales Support: Coordinate with the showroom sales team and electricians/technicians for smooth delivery and fitting schedules
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
