Manage omnichannel order processing, billing, and store inventory.
Responsibilities
- Process omnichannel orders (pick, pack, dispatch)
- Manage daily transactions on ERP and POS systems
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
- Support store-level reporting and operational compliance
- Handle returns and reverse logistics
Requirements
- Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years in retail operations, inventory, or omnichannel fulfillment
- Experience with ERP, POS, and inventory tools
- Attention to detail and process-oriented
- Experience in apparel/fashion/D2C retail preferred
