About the Business

We are an established men's wholesale clothing business with over 10 years of experience in the apparel industry.

We are now expanding our business into the digital space and are looking for a motivated and creative Part-Time Digital Commerce Assistant to help us manage and grow our online presence.

Our digital platforms currently include WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Google Drive and Google Sheets.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the business owner to manage the digital side of our clothing business.

Your main responsibility will be to take our physical products and supplier information and turn them into professional, organized digital product listings and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

WhatsApp Business & Catalog

- Create and manage product listings
- Add product names, article numbers, descriptions, prices, sizes and colors
- Organize products into collections
- Keep the catalog updated as new products arrive

Product Images & AI

- Organize supplier product photographs
- Use AI tools to create professional apparel/model images
- Edit and prepare images for WhatsApp and Instagram
- Maintain a consistent visual style across our products
- Learn and use new AI tools where appropriate

Instagram

- Manage our Instagram account
- Create product posts and stories
- Create basic reels/product videos
- Write captions and product information
- Maintain a clean and professional Instagram feed

Product & Data Management





- Maintain our Google Sheets product master
- Keep article numbers, sizes, colors, prices and product information accurate
- Add and organize new products
- Ensure information is consistent across our digital platforms

Customer Communication

- Monitor basic WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries
- Provide customers with product information
- Share product details and availability
- Forward serious wholesale enquiries to the business owner

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Creative and has a good eye for fashion and presentation
- Comfortable with Instagram and WhatsApp Business
- Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
- Interested in AI tools and digital content creation
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good at written communication
- Able to work independently
- Willing to learn
- Responsible and consistent

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience with fashion, apparel, e-commerce, Instagram, Canva, AI image tools, Shopify or WhatsApp Business will be an advantage.

Practical ability is more important to us than formal qualifications.

This is not simply a social media posting job.

We are looking for someone who can help manage the complete digital workflow:

Product → Product Information → Images → WhatsApp Catalog → Instagram → Customer Enquiry





You will work directly with the business owner and will have the opportunity to understand and eventually take ownership of the digital operations of an established apparel business.

Working Hours

3–4 hours per day, 5–6 days per week

Working hours can be discussed depending on the candidate.

Salary

₹8,000–₹13,000/month, depending on skills and experience.

Salary and responsibilities can increase as the role develops.

Long-Term Opportunity

The position will initially be part-time, but there is an opportunity to transition into a full time/permanent role based on performance, reliability and the growth of our digital operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, rather than someone looking for a short-term assignment.

Practical Trial

Shortlisted candidates will be given a small practical assignment using one of our actual products.

For example:

- Create a WhatsApp product listing
- Organize product information
- Prepare an AI/model product image
- Create a simple Instagram post

This allows us to evaluate practical skills rather than relying only on a CV.
