Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our Packaging & Labelling Machine team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting packaging and labelling machines, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Set up and operate packaging and labelling machines to ensure smooth production.
✔Adjust machine settings based on different product and packaging specifications.
✔Monitor machine operations and inspect products to ensure high-quality standards.
✔Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
✔Maintain accurate production records and report issues to the supervisor.
✔Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
✔Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Hard Skills:

✔Experience operating packaging and labelling machines in a manufacturing setting.
✔Understanding of machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
✔Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control standards.
✔Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production specifications.

Soft Skills:





✔Strong attention to detail and ability to identify packaging or labelling defects.
✔Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
✔Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production environment.
✔Team player with good communication skills.
✔Commitment to quality, precision, and efficiency.

Education & Certifications:

✔High School Diploma or equivalent.
✔Technical certification in machine operation or industrial mechanics is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

✔Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operating packaging or labelling machines.
✔Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing is preferred.
