Job Summary

Looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Finance domain knowledge and hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. The role requires a blend of functional finance expertise and technical development skills with a focus on business solutions.

Asset Management experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in PeopleSoft FSCM implementations, upgrades (9.1/9.2), and rollouts.

Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map business processes.

Configure and support PeopleSoft Finance modules including:

GL

AP

AR

Asset Management

Purchasing

eProcurement

Billing

Cash Management

Project Costing

Develop technical solutions using:

PeopleCode

Application Engine

Component Interface

Integration Broker

SQR

PS Query

Prepare functional and technical design documents.

Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Manage PeopleSoft PUM updates and patches.

Develop reports using nVision,



BI Publisher, and PS Query.

Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Provide production support and troubleshoot functional/technical issues.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams.

Create training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications

8–10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant.

Strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1/9.2 modules.

Experience with PeopleTools 8.5x+, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.

Strong knowledge of SQR, PS Query, nVision, and BI Publisher.

Experience in PeopleSoft implementations/upgrades.

Robust understanding of finance and accounting concepts:

General Ledger

Chart of Accounts

Period-end close

Reconciliation

Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Experience with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

Oracle Cloud Financials or hybrid PeopleSoft–Cloud environments.

PeopleSoft Fluid UI and modern UX design.

Third-party integrations (payment gateways, banking, tax engines).

Oracle PeopleSoft certification.

Experience in public sector, healthcare, higher education, or financial services industries.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
