We are looking for a result-orientated SEO executive to join our team in Madurai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on major search networks. You will work closely with our content writers and design team to ensure all web pages are optimised for both users and search engines.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technical & On-Page SEO
- Site Audits: Perform regular technical SEO audits to find and fix 404 errors, broken links, and indexing issues.
- Optimisation: Optimise website elements including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and image alt-text.
- Site Structure: Assist in improving site hierarchy and internal linking to enhance crawling efficiency.
2. Keyword Intelligence & Strategy
- Research: Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console to find high-traffic, low-competition keywords.
- AI Integration: Stay updated on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) to prepare for the future of AI search.
- Competitor Analysis:
Monitor and analyse competitor SEO strategies to identify current opportunities for our clients.
3. Off-Page & Content Collaboration
- Link Building: Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Content Path: Work with content writers to ensure all blogs and landing pages are naturally keyword-rich.
- Local SEO: Manage Google Business Profiles for local clients in Madurai and Bangalore to drive geographic-specific traffic.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from our Madurai office.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress.
- Soft Skills: An analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
