High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Based on consistent performance throughout the internship, candidates may be converted into a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role upon successful completion of the internship.

- Work From Office (WFO)
- Eligible for 2 Work From Home days per week after successfully completing 2 months, based on performance and business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills and candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers with accuracy.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, and recruitment documentation.




- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing an MBA (HR) or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
