Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

Payroll & HR Operations

- Coordinate monthly payroll with attendance and leave records.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and probation confirmation.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
- Celebrate birthdays, festivals, and company events.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Support performance review and employee recognition programs.

Employee Management

- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
- Resolve employee queries and workplace concerns.
- Monitor employee performance,



attendance, and discipline.
- Conduct onboarding and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Experience hiring for Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Sales, and E-commerce roles will be an added advantage.
