About the role

We're a mobile app development company that publishes a range of apps and games across the App Store and Google Play. We're looking for an ASO Marketing Executive to own App Store Optimization across our portfolio — driving discoverability, downloads, and conversion through smart keyword strategy, creative testing, and data-driven iteration. We want someone who thinks like a marketer and lets the data guide the decisions.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of ASO strategy across multiple apps and games
- Conduct keyword research and optimize store presence (metadata, text, and assets) to improve discoverability in search
- Improve App Store and Play Store conversion rates by optimizing creative assets and copy
- Plan, prepare, and execute the ASO roadmap, including managing all store testing
- Run A/B tests on icons, screenshots, titles, descriptions, and other assets — and analyze the results
- Analyze organic trends and competitors' ASO strategies to spot opportunities




- Develop and implement strategies to grow app visibility and downloads
- Work with CSL (Custom Store Listings) to create tailored flows
- Monitor and optimize downloads, rankings, and ratings

What we're looking for

- At least 1 year of experience in ASO for mobile apps, across the Google Play
- Experience analyzing keywords, metadata, app descriptions, and other ranking factors
- Proficiency in A/B testing marketing creatives
- Hands-on experience with CSL
- Robust analytical skills — able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience running metadata iterations and following up based on findings
- A general understanding of marketing and a genuine desire to grow in the field
- Ability to read user patterns, identify dependencies, and build hypotheses from them

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
