FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes.
We are looking for a young and energetic Node.js Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend services of our HRMS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
- Build scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs for HRMS modules
- Collaborate with front-end developers and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Understand client requirements and implement backend logic accordingly
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Optimize application performance, security, and data handling
- Debug and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams
- Work with databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks like Express.js
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
- Basic understanding of cloud environments is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive communication skills and teamwork
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred)
- BCA/MCA or any graduate with relevant technical skills
Experience:
- Freshers with strong Node.js knowledge can apply
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in backend development preferred

Other Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
